Juan Manuel Nombela Rodriguez joined the Police in Spain in 1991 and served in special operations, he is now retired. He is the President of the Spanish Christian Police Association. He is married with two children and attends an Evangelical church.

Why Duvenhage
Why Duvenhage has served for many years as Chaplain in the South African Police Service, where he has also founded the Christian Police Association of South Africa.
After he has resigned from the Police Service, he was appointed as fulltime pastor at a church in Cape Town. He is currently serving on the International Christian Police Fellowship board, representing the continent of Africa. He also served as a team director of PLI for many years, and has initiated the Pointman Leadership Institute Youth programme, which he is currently directing with his son, Gerhard.
Why has been married to Zandra for 40 years, and they are blessed with four sons and 4 granddaughters.

Tim is a serving police officer in the United Kingdom, working across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in the south of the country. He is branch leader for his force and is a trustee of the national Christian Police Association. Tim attends a local evangelical Anglican church, where he regularly preaches and leads services. He is married to Hannah and they have five children.

Neil Collin retired as a Police officer having served 30 years with the Northumbria and Metropolitan Police Services respectively. Having retired from Policing he is still connected as a Police Chaplain to Northumbria Police in Newcastle and enjoys connecting with Police internationally as a Team Director for the Pointman Leadership Institute. Neil is married to Fiona and they have 2 grown up children.
Tony Britten
Tony Britten is Treasurer, he was Police Officer for 30yrs in Essex Police in UK and is now retired, he is a Police Chaplain and is on the National board of the CPA in UK. He is married, has 4 grown up children and 5 Grandchildren. He is also an Elder at a Pentecostal church.
Matthias Lehmann
Matthias Lehmann was Chairman of the Board of directors of the ICPF and a police officer in the Baden-Württemberg area until 2020. He joined the police force in 1978. Since 1988 he has been a member of the national executive of the CPV, the Christian Police Association in Germany. He is married and has two adult children. He visits a Lutheran church. Together with Robert Vernon (USA) and Ian McDonald (United Kingdom), he was one of the founding members of the Pointman Leadership Institute.
Brian McCarthy
Brian McCarthy retired as a Police officer having served more than 27 years with Cleveland Police Service. Brian enjoys connecting with Police nationally in the UK as Executive Director of the Christian Police Association and internationally as an instructor for the Pointman Leadership Institute. Brian is married to Catherine and they have 2 grown up children.
